Who we are

VertexWave (“we”, “us”) is a web development and digital marketing agency based in Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data on vertexwave.in. You can reach us at info@vertexwave.in.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Analytics (only if you click Accept): Google Analytics 4 collects pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived on the site, using cookies.
• Basic usage statistics: Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous, aggregated page views without cookies.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and request time for security.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you ask for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies and your choice

We only load Google Analytics after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice, clear cookies and site data for vertexwave.in in your browser and the banner will appear again. Pages that embed Google Maps or link to WhatsApp are governed by Google’s and Meta’s own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you: Vercel (hosting), our email provider (to deliver contact form messages), and Google (analytics, only with your consent). We may disclose data if required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and then deleted, normally within 24 months. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email info@vertexwave.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
